Like many, I started my fitness journey unsure of where to begin. I didn’t come from a family of athletes. I wanted to feel strong, but I didn’t just want to work out—I wanted to train with purpose. That’s when I discovered weightlifting, and it completely changed my perception. While pursuing my psychology degree, I became a certified personal trainer.
